GENERAL RULES
1.No boys allowed to play except in year 6 group and below and then only 1 in each third.
2.Girls can play up an age group through the same school/team but never down.
3.No jewellery allowed and nails must be cut short.
4.No games to be cancelled except through inclement weather and I will cancel these games at 1 o'clock after I have been to the courts. (There can be an exception to this rule if in the case of a parents evening/evening activity for the players).
5.Games cannot start without at least 5 players present.
6.Games will be stopped at 8 pm and 9 pm by the bell. All games must end at these times.
7.If a team has not arrived by 7.15 or 8.15 pm games can be claimed 20 ? 0.

8.If games are cancelled (not by me) you must let the opposition know so that they do not turn up to play you.
9.There will be no cross playing in the same age groups. If you are short please bring up a player from a younger age group.
10.Spectators will be the responsibility of the teams they come with. If you cannot be responsible for your spectators please do not bring them. With regards to spectators and parents can they please watch from outside the fencing as the courts do not have enough space. Only teams, substitutes and umpires are allowed on the courts. Please abide by this rule.
11.A player is entitled to change her club during the season but Kim Simmons must be notified in writing before they play for their new club, so clubs are aware of players moving around and can be notified.
12.Can all coaching and umpiring please be positive, these are junior players.
