Rushmoor Netball Club are looking at running the following on Thursday evenings from 7 ? 9 at Aldershot Garrison Sports Centre.
Cost £10 per session
The following courses will be suitable for players/coaches in any Divisions
25 & 30 October - Introduction to Coaching for those players who are interested in coaching and want to understand what UKCC coaching is all about and some basic drills coaches - coaches will be encouraged to take part in the session with full support and guidance from tutors
6 November ? Defending workshop ? a selection of drills and exercises for all players ? useful for both players and coaches
13 November ? Shooting workshop ? a selection of drills and exercises for shooters ? useful for both players and coaches
20 November ? Circle Defence workshop ? a selection of drills and exercises for circle defence players ? useful for both players and coaches
27 November - Attacking workshop ? a selection of drills and exercises for all players ? useful for both players and coaches
6 December ? Centre passes workshop ? a selection of centre pass options for all centre court and attacking players ? useful for both players and coaches
10 Jan (weekly) to 28 Feb - return to netball course ? for players who are wanting to return to netball and those in Divisions 5 to 8
6 March ? Attacking workshop for the more experienced player ? players in Division 1 to 5
13 March ? Defending workshop for the more experienced player ? players in Division 1 to 5
20 March ? Shooting workshop for the more experienced player ? players in Division 1 to 5
27 March ? Circle Defence workshop for the more experienced player ? players in Division 1 to 5
