U16 RESULTS 07/08

4th May

End of season versatility tournament and it was good to see most of the players together.  The day was hard work and thanks to those who umpired for the teams as well.  The team came a respectful runners up to Rushmoor who were brilliant, so well done.

31st Oct v Tadley
Ellie, Lucy, Rosie, Mel, Charlotte, Lauren, Rochelle all played a match against TADLEY on Halloween night. We all swapped positions at every quarter and we played really well winning the match with Tadley down a player. At the 3rd quarter of the match, we were all quite surprised though when eggs were thrown onto our court, splattering a few of the players, but no-one got hurt. It was some Halloween joke and the guy soon left us alone when police came riding on bikes nearby. We were able to carry on playing the match and we won 48-9.
